Multimedia Specialist Position Overview:
The Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging multimedia content to support IWT’s brands and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
Videography
-
Act as the lead videographer on all IWT projects and collaborations

Capture professional quality video footage at staged shoots and live events
-
Capture professional quality live audio
-
Assist in directing staged shoots
-
Assist in creating vision for video projects
Video Production
-
Edit video content to produce various professional quality spots for various mediums
-
Produce professional quality video content with light logo animation
-
Make the vision for video spots come to life
Graphic Design
-
Help outline brand guidelines by producing consistent professional quality content for IWT’s brands
-
Design flyers, banners, apparel and other marketing materials
-
Create branded content for social media and collaborations
Photography
-
Use DSLR and phone cameras to capture professional quality images to be used for marketing materials, social media, web content, collaborations and more
-
Edit images to reinforce a consistent and professional brand identity
Other

Assist with event planning and execution

Assist with social media planning and execution
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in multimedia or other relevant field, or equivalent experience -
Must have experience with videography equipment

Must have experience with video editing software
-
Must have graphic design experience
-
Must have experience with photography equipment
-
Must have experience with photo editing software
-
Work samples in videography, video editing, graphic design, photography and photo editing are required

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred

Experience creating content for social media preferred

Must be a team player
-
Must be able to collaborate and take direction

Must be able to meet deadlines and manage time effectively

Must be able to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
