We are now actively interviewing for new Brokers (Real Estate Agents). No Real Estate experience is necessary. We are selective about who we hire, but there is many career backgrounds that can have success in this business.
John L. Scott Real Estate is a family-owned Real Estate brokerage with over 90 years in the Pacific Northwest, and one of the leading firms in Washington state, and part of a legacy brand that is rooted in the Pacific Northwest (90 years). A new ownership group in Anacortes has taken over in 2023, bringing in cutting edge marketing, full training & transaction services to help brokers grow their business. Our company mission is to Live Life as a Contribution, so we also have a major focus on contributing to the community.
We are looking for new & veteran brokers that have a positive growth mindset & have a goal to become a full-time Real Estate Broker. Having another job for the short term can work while in training, but this is a premier office with tailored 1 on 1 training, and we are looking for brokers who want to do this full time at a high level. While the industry average has 25% of new agents making it after 2 years, our new brokerage training has a 95% success rate. Our firm is also #1 in social media engagement & video production.
