Description

A Night Auditor is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. This position may also be required to assist with valeting of guest vehicles as required to assist Guest Services. A Night Auditor also plays the important role of ensuring that guest departures are a smooth process by taking the opportunity to address any guest issues or concerns they may have had during their stay. One of the main responsibilities of this position is to reconcile transactions to close out the business day, so must be detail-oriented and capable of working independently. This is an evening position with a schedule of 11pm-7am, 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in front office or night audit role preferred.
• Must have a valid Kansas driver’s license.
• Detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with technology and good computer skills.
• Ability to handle financial transactions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
