Nursing Supervisor Job at Clinical Management Consultants
A State-of-the-art Community Medical Center in Northwest Montana is looking for a highly-motivated Inpatient RN Supervisor to join their team of compassionate healthcare professionals.
This Community Medical Center has set a standard of bringing sophisticated healthcare services to the “back door” of the surrounding communities. The Inpatient RN Supervisor will join a team that offers many healthcare services including a Birthing Center, Cancer Care, Emergency Care, Advanced Imaging and Laboratory Services, and Surgical Services.
Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Inpatient RN Supervisor will provide direction and support to the nursing and ancillary hospital staff while setting a standard of providing high quality, patient-centered care. They will facilitate working relationships with other healthcare personnel throughout the health system and oversee the development and monitoring of all patient care programs.
In this role, the Inpatient RN Supervisor will have the opportunity to oversee the Medical/Surgical, Mother and Child, and Intensive Care Units. They will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of those units and reviewing and updating Nursing policies and procedures as needed. The ideal candidate for this position will have progressive management experience in one or more of the above mentioned areas with experience in Labor and Delivery being a positive.
Located along the beautiful Kootenai River, the Inpatient RN Supervisor will be able to enjoy the beautiful white peaked mountains in the distance and the wonderful scent of evergreen pines year round.
