What you'll be doing:
Operations
- Run financial and event reports
- Support team with fulfilling orders
- Manage logistics for physical inventory, including picking up in-person orders
- Document issues so the appropriate team can address them
- Available for support for whole team when necessary
Customer Service
- Inbound call triage
- Email inbox monitoring
- Monitor and address incoming sales
- Communicate with marketplaces to discuss order issues
