Harvest Table Culinary Group at Brandeis University is growing! We are now hiring an Office Administrative Assistant to join our Collective Accounting/Finance team full-time! Great pay, benefits and employee programs are offered, in addition, to working with an innovative team!
The ideal candidate for the Office Administrative Assistant role should be self-motivated, detail oriented and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities/Duties for the Office Administrative Assistant:
- Pick up deposits & invoices
- Micros Cash/Credit Card/Metrics/Streamlined Sales Spreadsheet
- Print Micros report from previous day
- Pull ECRS credit card report and enter them into streamlined sales worksheet
- Pull Sushi sales from ECRS
- GFF Streamlined Sales Entries & GFF Banking (save as drafts)
- Review overage/shortage and reach out to locations managers for clarification if needed
- Pull E-commerce data from AEMC and update streamlined sales spreadsheet & enter in GFF
- Pull credit card sales from BusinessTrack and post daily banking
- Pull Starship sales and update worksheet
- Process Voucher Sales
- Weekly Who Cash Billing
- Weekly Points Billing
- Weekly Voucher Billing
- Count main safe daily
- Make sure logs are completed correctly & reach out to managers
- All AP Invoices (Food & Non-Food)
- Retrieve outstanding invoices/statements and reconcile
- Reconcile AP PRIMA invoices import with actual invoices
- Enter in TJVs into GFF
- Monthly surprise audits
- Change fund orders
- Order office items
- Audit books
- Create additional worksheets as needed
- Assist with banks if needed
- Document all paperwork and documents
- Make phone calls to vendors as per business needs
- Other projects assigned by management
