Job Description
The Office Administrator performs general office duties, settlement, and cashiering duties within a Sales and Distribution Center in accordance with standard company procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and verify end of day driver paperwork
- Prepare driver paperwork for imaging
- Maintain missing documents log
- Review daily route status report to verify that all delivery routes have settled
- Review settlement exceptions resolve issues by reporting issues with Route Settlement Team
- Maintain cash reconciliation and driver deposit log
- Maintain inventory of Cash Office/Settlement supplies
- Pull AR invoices and statements from system per request
- Key in orders for employee sales
- Receive in coupons and enter coupons received on log
- Review report for outdated sales orders and delete daily
- Assist Office Manager in Onboarding activities
- Receive, process/code Accounts Payable Invoices
- Coordinate and process Donation requests
- Initiate New Vendor set up for AP invoicing
- Assist in planning town hall and sales center events
- Create purchase orders for facility services, office supplies and Sales POS
- Complete miscellaneous tasks such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, printing, copying, laminating, copy machine routine maintenance and other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in an office environment required
- Experience in cash room environment preferred
- Experience using BASIS route accounting system preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
- SAP experience preferred
