Office Administrator Job at Landscaping by J. Michael
POSITION SUMMARY:
In this Full Time role, the Office Administrator will provide general office administration for busy south shore landscape construction company.
JOB DUTIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, vendors and LJM employees
- Assist walk-in clients with account issues, landscaping service and/or supplies as needed
- Use landscape management software to create/modify service calls, materials, contracts, and ad hoc reports
- Provide back-up to Accounting Department as needed
- Support General Manager and Operations Manager with administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist all departments with IT related issues
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle matters confidentially with accurate filing and maintenance of documents
- Ability to work both independently and in a group.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Administration with increasing responsibility
