We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our successful growing team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of all office operations. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:
- Managing office supplies & material orders from vendors
- Maintaining service job records
- Providing administrative support to the team.
- Proficient in programs such as Quickbooks & Microsoft Office
- Invoicing, Payroll, Quarterly Tax Payments
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
The successful candidate will also be self-driven, thrive in a positive multitasking atmosphere, comfortable working with a variety of software programs and have excellent communication skills.
Pay depends on experience. This position includes 1 week PTO after 6 months, 12 Paid holidays per year, salary raise after 6 months, company performance based bonuses. We do not offer health insurance at this time, but we offer all staff members monthly allotment for them to get their own insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
