Office Assistant Job at Caspers Chiropractic Center
Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time or full-time Chiropractic Assistant to join our busy team! This in-office position is both fun and challenging as we serve many patients of all ages in our community. We will fully train; no experience or certification is required. High school education is preferred and students are welcome to apply! Applicants must have a positive attitude, self-motivation, eagerness to learn, attentiveness to details, and provide exceptional customer service while promoting the health benefits of chiropractic to our community.
Duties and expectations
Perform patient care activities including:
- Positive communication and welcoming patients to the office
- Thermal and/or EMG scans
- Setting up patients on interferential therapies
Administrative/clerical tasks
- Answer and make phone calls
- Explain insurance coverage
- Schedule patient appointments
- Collect payments
- Enter patient information accurately
- Keep patient information confidential
A good candidate must have the ability to multitask and prioritize job duties. Attention to detail is crucial. Must be able to follow policies & procedures and be coachable. Required to attend quarterly seminars and other training (mix of in-person and virtual seminars).
Part- or full-time.
Employee discount. Vacation and paid time off after the 90-day introductory period.
Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm; Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
