We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, facilitating communication between customers and technicians, ordering and receiving parts, filing documents, data entry, and other general office duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable and can take initiative in order to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Create and maintain documentation to facilitate communication between customers and technicians.
- Order parts and maintain documentation regarding orders, receipts, returns, etc.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
