Job Title: Office Assistant
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our HVAC team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling service calls, managing spreadsheets, and dispatching calls. You will be working closely with the office manager to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling service calls and appointments
- Managing spreadsheets and data entry
- Dispatching calls to service technicians
- Assisting with basic office tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Prior experience in an office environment preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
