Job Description
PremierOne Plus MSO (POPMSO) is a management services organization serving the needs of medical providers in a managed care setting. PremierOne Plus MSO is seeking an Office Assistant to ensure high quality and efficient day-to-day operations. Office Assistants will also have the opportunity to learn about the ins and outs managed care and build a career with what they learn.
Description
- Performs data entry accurately
- Check and send faxes
- Scan files and organize documents
- Assist the credentialing and contracting department
- Call physician offices to obtain credentialing documents
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and writing skills (correct use of grammar and punctuation)
- California driver's license with clear driving history
- Fluent in English (reading and writing)
- Has common sense
- Able to follow instructions accurately
- Detail-oriented and able to recognize vital information
- Ability to consistently maintain quality and production expectations
Requirements
- College degree
- Must be able to attend work as scheduled
