We are looking for a new member of our team at our physical therapy clinic (The Parkinson's Fitness Project/RunSeattlePT). The Office Administrator is often the first person people talk to on the phone and the first face they see when they enter our clinic. It is a very important role and we would love to find a person with professionalism, positive energy, patience and kindness to help our patients get the care they need. We are a small group of therapists and office staff so this really is a role that is important to us and you will be valued.

Responsibilities include:

- Answering phones

- Scheduling patients

- Scanning and document organization

- Taking payments

- Assisting patients with intake paperwork

- Light office cleaning and organizational tasks

- Miscellaneous special projects

Skills/ Work Experience

- Previous experience in a healthcare clinic would be wonderful

- Experience with basic Microsoft Word/Excel functions

- Efficiency with email and Google Workspace would be beneficial

- Professional Demeanor

- Organized

- Good Time Management Skills

- Punctual

- Positive Attitude

- Patient

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
