Qualifications/ Requirements
-Possession of two (2) or more years working experience in a high-volume criminal law office
-Advanced knowledge of the criminal justice system procedures
-Bilingual (English- Spanish)
-Ability to perform receptionist and administrative functions, such as greeting visitors to the office, answering telephone calls, managing phone system, and taking down messages
-Strong orientation for quality customer service delivery, and pleasant attitude on phone
-Possession of strong ability to give attention to detail, perform multiple tasks together, and work effectively with other members in a team setting
-Outstanding organizational skills to effectively process and carry out items on calendar
Description
-The Office Manager will supervise a small support staff; receptionist, clerks, and processors.
-The Office Manager will oversee a variety of tasks that include human resources, accounting/bookkeeping, and some compliance.
-Perform basic bookkeeping and payroll.
-Monitor’s billing and collection activities
-Drafting legal motions and notices, both in State and Federal court.
-Ensures all required records are maintained and submitted, as appropriate, in an accurate and timely manner and in compliance with federal and state regulations
-Scheduling Hearings, Depositions and Meetings
-Responsible for Administrative formal review hearings for the DMV.
-Order office supplies, track expense reports, and attend to office's needs
-Responsible for sealing and expungements processes
-Answer multiple incoming lines, obtain necessary information, and route calls to correct individual
-Assist with workflow process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,680.00 - $50,000.00 per year
