The Danvers Treatment Center is a 56 bed detoxification program dedicated to helping men and women by providing 24 hour nursing care to monitor an individual’s withdrawal from alcohol and/or other drugs and alleviate symptoms. Clients are provided with the medical and emotional support that they need during the one of the most pivotal stages in the recovery process. Services include individual case management and group treatment services focused on assisting the client with accessing step-down levels of care. The Office Support Manager position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of individuals by ensuring seamless access to addiction treatment services.
The Office Manager’s Responsibilities Are:
Supervises staff and ensures that the office administrative functions assigned are effectively carried out.
Orientates new employees to program and helps them get set up with appropriate access.
Advises staff on personnel policies, payroll, travel expense, check request, purchasing, record keeping, training, etc.
Monitors physical site need in relation to maintenance, information technology and supplies.
Prepares correspondence, reports, forms, work orders, and specialized documents.
Collaborates with other departments as required to meet facility requirements for licensing bodies, occupancy certificates, etc.
Oversees medical records function for program and manages all mail and other patient related correspondence.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
Experience with Excel, Word, and electronic health records preferred.

Full time, 40 hours/week
