4 Core Clean, LLC is currently seeking to fill the position of On-Call Floor Care
Technician servicing East Bay Locations ( Antioch, Pittsburg, Benicia, Vallejo, Walnut
Creek, Lafayette, Concord, Pleasant Hill) The Floor Care Technician is responsible for
supporting operations by completing stripping, waxing, and buffing and carpet care to our various clients when needed. Work is scheduled and performed on Saturday evenings through Sunday.

Experience:
Carpet Cleaning : 2 Years (Required)
Stripping Floors: 2 Years (Required)
Waxing Floors: 2 Years (Required)
Buffing Floors: 2 Years (Required)
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in Floor Care
Able to pass a background check
Must possess a valid driver’s license that meet the CA vehicle code
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a reliable phone and be App savvy
Must be able to communicate well verbally, email, and text with timely responses to
inquiries and feedback.
General Responsibilities:
Heavy physical exertion: To lift, bend, stoop and/or move 15-30 pounds
Cleaning and maintenance of carpets and floors included but are not limited to scrub,
polish, wax, mopping, sweeping, and extracting; following 4 Core Cleans’ protocol
Use appropriate equipment, supplies, and take proper care to use cleaning procedures for
various floor and carpet maintenance
Operates wet vacuum, auto scrubber, extractor, pressure washer, high speed buffer, steam
cleaner, and other equipment to properly clean and maintain floors and carpets
Work with vinyl flooring, vinyl composite tile (VCT), rubber, linoleum, ceramic flooring,
and more.
4 Core Clean LLC is a health based commercial cleaning service serving in Contra Costa County. We specialize in providing cleaning service for small to midsize establishments. Our focus is implementing and maintaining clean and healthy work spaces. We are an independently owned franchise of Coverall.
