On-Call Scheduling Coordinator in the Twin Cities Job at Comfort Keepers of Anoka, MN

The On-Call Care Coordinator will be responsible for answering incoming client/family and caregiver calls after hours from home, utilizing Comfort Keepers policies and procedures to solve client issues or scheduling needs, and directing calls to the managerial team if necessary. This individual will supervise field staff on weekends and communicate any urgent concerns or problems immediately to the on-call manager. This position will receive the on-call stipend of $15 on weekdays and $30 on weekends, plus a rate of $17.50 per hour for any documented time worked. This can include helping with special projects in the office.

Qualifications of the On-Call Care Coordinator:
- Experience in home care, or other health care services
- Experience with scheduling and proficient customer service skills required.
- Candidate must live near the Anoka-White Bear Lake area and be available to come to the office for training, meetings, etc.
Requirements of the On-Call Coordinator:
- Proficiency in phone and computer skills.
- Will need to master additional software including scheduling/care management system.
- Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication, human relations, and organizational skills as well as positive professional image.
- Must be a team player and work cooperatively with other members of the care management team.
