Onboarding & Practice Support Resources Manager Job at Inspira Health Network
Position will develop and manage the full time and per-diem resource pools effectively and efficiently.
Will work with operational leaders to recommend staffing strategies based on resource pool usage. Will
also serve as a primary resource and core member of the practice onboarding team during practice
acquisitions and mergers. Position will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic
partnerships with educational programs serving as potential recruitment bases for the resource pools.
Works with other stakeholders to improve the current onboarding process for new employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare management preferred.
- Certificate Program in Project Management Preferred.
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Experience in MS Office suite required.
- Training experience preferred.
- Three years of experience in healthcare management or support services role preferred.
- Experience managing a remote workforce a plus.
- Project Management experience a plus.
- Employee Onboarding and development experience preferred.
- Practice acquisition and onboarding preferred.
- Resource scheduling preferred.
