The Service Operations Trainee will learn and demonstrate an understanding Service and Operations departments of SITECH by working within departments and customers. This position will learn the expectations and workflow of the Service and Operations departments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Provide exceptional customer service.
· Maintain a clean, organized, professional and safe work environment.
· Efficiently and accurately pick, put away, deliver orders.
· Work with service and repair facility on component repairs and processing
· Learn correct repair and recondition of equipment and components.
· Understand service workflow and correct troubleshoot procedures.
· Assist lead technicians on installing guidance solutions on heavy construction equipment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
· High School Diploma or GED/ one-year related experience and/or training; Preferred not required.
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, write routine reports and correspondence, speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
· Willingness to learn bench technician work (testing, diagnostics, repair, calibration, firmware upgrading), following standard procedures to provide high-quality service in line with customer expectations and company service and revenue goals.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
· Strong computer skills desired and basic electronic interest required.
