Operations Field Support Job Summary

Jan-Pro of Greater Nashville is looking to hire an experienced Operation's Professional to join our team. This position is located in our Middle Tennessee region.

POSITION SCOPE: Operating within the guidelines of the Jan-Pro Brand Standards, the Operations Field Support team is responsible for verifying service Brand Standards as it relates to our business model. The Operations Field Support team also conducts proactive visits of accounts and coordinates site visits.

This is a Full-Time position with a company car and eligible job candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, every week. Must be on-call after hours for phone, email and if needed, on-sitesupport. Weekends if necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Drives to visit and inspect all customers on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Understands and comprehends the attributes behind the Jan-Pro brand.
  • Represents the Jan-Pro brand with vigor and enthusiasm.
  • Accompanies Franchise Owner in ‘proactive’ site visits.
  • Maintains relationships with existing customers.
  • Identifies Special Service work opportunities for Franchise Owners.
  • Reviews customer needs for consumable supply needs when on-site.
  • Reports customer complaints and service deficiencies to the operation's team as necessary.

PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:

  • Undergraduate Degree –OR- High School Diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience in Customer Service.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and must possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Internet operations.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Confident speaking voice and demeanor.
  • Ability to work with highly sensitive information and work in a confidential environment.
  • Bilingual languages is a plus.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to function in high-pressure situations.
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer (desk-top and lap-top) and other electronic equipment.
  • Must be able to operate and use a Smartphone, Tablet Computer, and other technologies when working inthe field.
  • Ability to take legible hand-written notes when necessary.
  • Correctable vision and hearing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
  • Must be available to work on Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, every week.
  • Possess and present a valid Driver’s License.
  • Must possess and operate own motor vehicle while conducting on-site customer visits and inspections.

ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE:

  • Air conditioned/heated office environment.
  • Exposure to artificial interior lighting.
  • Low to medium level noise.
  • Exposure to hazards as typically found in office products and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
