Your opportunity: Operations Manager. This is a newly created role as a result of company growth.

Operations Manager Your Job Duties

In this role, you will ensure that the daily operations of the company are running smoothly, the team is working cohesively and the company has the team and resources to service customers now and for planned expansion.You will:

  • Manage the office and the team - Team cohesion, resolving any challenges, ensure the team receives regular performance feedback for their development
  • Evaluate processes and procedures for areas of improvement identify areas of improvement, discuss and present to CEO, and implement agreed-upon structure and streamlined process
  • Monitor company metrics to ensure company has enough staff to service customers and drivers are utilized / anticipating future needs
  • Analysis of PL performance (job performance, pricing, light review of financial performance)
  • Budgeting and forecasting for current and planned company growth
  • Handle escalated customer interactions that are not resolved at the staff level
  • Directly oversee the in-office team (including customer service and accounting functions).
  • Indirectly oversee field operations, dispatching and scheduling, as the management in each of those departments will report to you.
Success as Operations Manager is defined by company growth and expansion as a result of the implementation of more structure and process and team cohesion and a positive culture.

Operations Manager Required Skills, Experience Personality Fit

  • Ability to work in office in Auburn, California
  • You enjoy daily management of a team and have prior management experience, including development and mentoring, problem solving, relationship dynamics and removing obstacles to success for the team
  • You understand business needs and how business decisions impact the company financials / understanding of basic financial statements or past experience with light financial analysis
  • You have prior experience bringing process, systems and structure to organizations
Operations Manager You Might Have

  • Prior experience working in the service trades (ie: home services, remediation, carpet cleaning, plumbing, HVAC or related B2C service experience)
  • Prior experience working in a company with the EOS framework
Compensation $90,000 to $120,000, salaried plus incentive bonus potential.

You will be provided with medical insurance options, paid time off, employer provided office equipment including a laptop and a company cell phone or cell phone stipend and paid holidays.
