Your Purpose as an Automotive Service Manager:

  • Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and goals are met.
  • Daily morning meetings to kick-start the day and motivate the team advisor and tech teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive retention. Handling guest complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good guest relationships and ensure repeat guests.
  • Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Auditing work and guest service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives.
  • Maintain a team relationship with the parts department to ensure that necessary parts and supplies are available for our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service department to provide a professional and welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Manage the department budget and ensure that financial goals are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends to ensure that our service department is at the forefront of the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
