We also offer a rotating, ready-to-eat, hot family meal menu, serving the season's best offerings. The Operations manager for The Buttery ATL assists with internal/external partner orders and directly supervises order pack outs. They work in concert with the management team to coordinate orders and partner needs. They support The Buttery ATL's Executive Chef and Culinary Team as needed.
Responsibilities will include:
- Customer and Order Management
- Operations Management including daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
- Vehicle Operation
- Maintaining product and production procedures
- Managing pack out daily flow
- Staff management, training and development (drivers, packers, and shop keepers)
- Managing delivery schedules
- Ensuring order fulfillment
- Answering customer service calls
- Managing facility maintenance and the overall cleanliness of the facility
- Overseeing repairs and maintenance of equipment
- Managing safety campaigns
- HACCP and GMP management
- Maintaining packaging and labeling supplies
- Overseeing the cleanliness an organization of smallwares and paper goods storage
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of restaurant or commissary kitchen management experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and must maintain a clean driving record
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook 365 and Excel
- Passion for food, beverage and hospitality is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive mental attitude
- A high level of personal integrity, professionalism and maturity
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Good organizational skills
