Looking for an exciting career opportunity in the healthcare industry? Yardley Eye Care is currently hiring multiple individuals for the positions of Ophthalmic Technician and Front Desk staff member.
As an Ophthalmic Technician, you will work closely with our experienced doctors to provide high-quality care to our patients. You will be responsible for conducting initial patient screenings, performing diagnostic tests, and assisting in various procedures. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in educating patients on their eye health and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
As a Front Desk staff member, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls. You will also handle billing and insurance inquiries and help maintain patient records.
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about helping others, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role.
