Innovative Cinema Solutions (ICS) has offered products, design and engineering, and services to national theatre chains for over 35 years. ICS works with new technology and systems for it's customers across the United States and Internationally. We have an opening for a full-time position in our Shawnee, KS warehouse facility for an Order Fulfillment Associate.
Order Fulfillment Associate
We are looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual that is eager to learn processes/systems, work with a team, and can be trained to fill an order fulfillment position within ICS. Picking and packing customer orders will be the primary responsibility. You may be asked to fulfill additional responsibilities as needed. A/V experience desired, but not mandatory.
Primary Responsibilities
- Pull All Outbound Orders - Confirm accurate counts, part numbers, and sub-parts for each item that is pulled per packing list/order
- Document All Orders - Ensure that good quality pictures are taken for all orders and information is accurately tracked and monitored
- Package All Orders - Box and properly label all outgoing shipment boxes prior to staging for Quality Control (QC)
- Receiving - Identify, count and confirm quantities of all incoming inventory.
Additional Responsibilities
- Integration Builds / Assemblies - Order pulling associate will help in our integration department as directed by manager. Associate will participate in small kitting/assembly builds, as well on larger integration builds in order to help ICS meet all customer deadlines.
