New Castle Title Services is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time in-person Order Processing position in the La Crosse Office. Applicants need to be dynamic, sociable, and enthusiastic team players; while possessing a positive “can-do” attitude, excellent judgment, and communication skills. Candidates must also have superior customer service skills, great attention to detail and ability to multitask, along with advanced computer skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Duties will include collecting information, opening new orders requests, data entry, and processing new orders. Previous title experience is a plus; computer skills and the ability to put the customer first are essential.
