The Arcadia Group is a leading single source supplier of architectural building products, including curtain wall, storefront, entrance, window and interior framing and is looking for NFRC – sunshade coordinator/ customer service.
Prospecting and establishing new accounts within your territory.
Prospecting and establishing new accounts within your territory.
- Research and visit architects to provide technical support and get Wilson Partitions specified on specific opportunities.
- Converting new customers into long term opportunities.
- Follow up on active quote request and job opportunities.
- Meet and provide follow up with current customer base to offer support to garner new business.
- Visit and troubleshoot issues on current projects.
- Set up a sales strategy to garner new business and increase overall sales in your territory.
- Work closely with the project, estimating, and management teams to help improve the customer experience.
- Help with the estimating team to quickly get bids out to customers.
- Follow up with customers on projects after they ship to make sure they had a good experience and will be using us on future projects.
- Work with new software the company introduces to better help track sales and customer retention.
- Work with the marketing team to come up with a marketing strategy to introduce existing and new products to the market.
