We are seeking an Overnight Restaurant Cleaner to join our team!
You will be responsible for performing detail cleaning and upkeep of assigned area within a specific restaurant. Specific tasks are not guaranteed; therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below:
Responsibilities: Restaurant Cleaning
- KITCHEN CLEANING:
Kitchen equipment cleaning, (Ovens, Stoves, Grills, Flat tops, Fryers, etc), floors, vacuuming, rinsing, wiping down walls, shelves & handles, polishing metal and other cleaning.
- FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT CLEANING:
Cleaning & disinfecting restrooms. Vacuuming, Sweep/mop floors, hand dust fixtures, windowsills, lights and all other horizontal surfaces. Clean and polish all metal hardware fixtures and other bright work.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Job duties may be modified at any time.
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning and Kitchen Cleaning
- Be able to work overnight
- Strong attention to detail
Hours of Work:
- Must be able to work from 11:00pm - 7:00am. (Hours will vary between this time)
Job Locations:
- Restaurants in Staten Island.
Training:
- We have in-house supervisors who will train you on all the proper cleaning procedures and cleaning products.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
