A Direct Support Professional’s goal is to help our consumers realize and reach their highest potential! This position provides attentive care and support for an elderly individual living independently in their own home and out in the community.
DSP's are committed to supporting and advocating for our consumer’s goals while maintaining a safe and positive environment for them. This may include assisting and/or encouraging with daily activities such as housekeeping, cooking, community involvement, etc.
