Delivery Associate positions with WHHG Hansa delivering Amazon packages

Salary: $20.25- $21.50/hr. plus potential to earn bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

Drive a Company Cargo Van to customer locations to deliver packages in a safe and punctual manner considering traffic patterns, alternative routes, traffic regulations, and driving conditions to meet customer requirements

Enter and exit a vehicle safely up to and over 200 times throughout the day. Lift, pull and push products from letter size up to 70 pounds frequently

Spend 90% of your shift driving/delivering and 10% of your shift in the warehouse

Carry items up flights of stairs frequently

Must be a thoughtful, safe and responsible driver

Ability to function well outdoors during inclement weather (rain, snow, wind) and hot or cold temperatures

Work on a TEAM to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns

Work as a TEAM to help other Driver Associates complete routes as needed

Adhere to company operating policies and procedures

Maintain a clean and safe work environment inside the van. Perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire pressure, notifying managers about any major repairs and maintenance needs

Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations

Operate a scanner to record shipping and package information for all documents/packages delivered

Job Types: Full-time (3-5 days per week), Part-time (1-3 day schedule per week)

• Physical Demands: Employee is required to stand, walk, sit and drive a company- provided vehicle. Employee is required to reach and lift with both hands and both arms. Employee is required to crouch, stoop and bend with both legs. Employee is required to talk and hear without assistance. Employee must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds in a single package. Good manual dexterity skills are required as well as good eye-hand coordination.
• Work Environment: Employee is driving a vehicle in urban, suburban and rural settings. Must be comfortable working alone in inclement weather and darkness and communicating with home office and supervisor through provided mobile device.

• 4 days 10 hour shifts starting in the morning (generally start from 9:00 AM each day end of day typically 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM)
