DecksDirect is searching for an energetic Parcel Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. The Parcel Warehouse Associate plays a role in the packing and processing of products for the parcel shipping department. This person is responsible for verifying quality and accuracy while maintaining the consistency of the operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Shipping Supervisor and Lead in executing the shipping process following standard operating procedures
• Ensure that your packing and shipping of orders is being efficiently and accurately performed
• Verifies the products are up to standard for specific orders

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate any necessary warehouse equipment and or systems
• Ability to stand in one area for packing, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pack product
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and verbal skills
• Detail oriented, engaged, and motivated with work

Position Details:

• Part Time: Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 am-5 pm
• Hourly / Non-Exempt (potential for extended hours)
• Reports to the Shipping Supervisor
• Location: Whitestown, IN
• Internal position: Not Remote
