About The Bad Hatchet - The Bad Hatchet is a locally owned, non-franchised/chain, Axe Throwing Saloon. We were the first dedicated axe throwing bar in Westminster, with a second location opening soon in Fort Lupton. in 2021, we were voted as the Best Of The Best in Westminster for Customer Service, Place To Meet New People & Family Entertainment Center by our customers for Community Media. We offer a fun and unique experience to guest 8+ and cater to amateur and novice axe throwers - not the professional axe thrower. As we grow and expand, so can our staff.

The Bad Hatchet in Westminster, CO is looking for part-time axe throwing staff to join our team. Our staff rotates between various duties including Axe Throwing Coaching, Concession/Bar and Front Desk Check-In. We are primarily looking for help Friday - Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with reserving or checking in
• Coach and monitor throwers on proper technique, rules and various games
• Serve customers beverages and snack food as requested
• Open and Closing duties (setup, tear down, general clean up)
• Provide every customer with a fun, safe and exciting experience

Qualifications

• Looking for 21 and over
• No criminal convictions including the following: theft, fraud, forgery, financial crimes, or major crimes against a person. Feel free to contact us to learn more.
• Authorized to work in the US
• Reliable Transportation
• Available to work Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays
• Pass initial & random drug tests

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Pay starts at $14/hour + Tips (based on experience and FT/PT). Avg employee earns around $22 per hour with tips (not including cash tips).
