Consider joining our team as a part-time Grounds Technician for U Square at the Loop in the Clifton neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Who you are:
- You’re an experienced Grounds Technician with at least two years’ experience
- You're comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather
- You are looking for part-time hours
- You have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance, and you are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position
What you’ll do as a Grounds Technician:
- Maintain grounds, sidewalks, parking lots and roadways by removing debris
- Salting walkways and shoveling snow in inclement weather
- Completing work orders for light to moderate maintenance requests
- Working hours: Sunday-Thursday 6am to 10am
