Girls Crew is a Los Angeles-based jewelry brand that creates fun, dainty, imaginative, and innovative pieces. Founded in 2017, the brand is passionate about empowering everyone to express their individuality through fashion and accessories.

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Sales Associates (full-time and part-time) to join our Girls Crew team at our soon to be open Century City store. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the success of our retail store by providing exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets. To excel in this role, you should be passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers and team members alike.

Responsibilities

• Actively greet and engage with every customer in a friendly and welcoming manner to provide the best customer experience
• Stay up to date on current product launches and promotions
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by anticipating the customer’s needs and desires, recommending styles, and communicating product knowledge
• Maintain a keen awareness of customers to not only deliver an enjoyable shopping experience, but also control loss prevention
• Regularly process, stock, and replenish inventory on the sales floor and stockroom
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Follow all procedures and remain current on policies regarding payment and exchange, customer service, and security practices

Qualifications

• Retail and/or previous sales experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required
