RAKKAN Ramen, a Japanese ramen Franchise restaurant is seeking individuals who have passion and enthusiasm to join our high performing team in Johns Creek, Georgia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to work during weekend
- Welcoming and sitting customers
- Taking customers' orders
- Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks
- Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all issues promptly
- Setting tables and cleaning the leftovers and keep the dining area neat and clean
- Regularly cleaning and disinfecting tables and areas
- Handling take-out orders
Qualifications and skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Interacting with customers with a positive attitude
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Be able to follow restaurant's procedure
- Correctly handling payment (cash, credit/debit cards)
