Our Partner Success team provides a top-tier customer experience. We are responsible for supporting our retail partners and customers with their existing accounts and credit applications. We provide in-depth training that lasts up to 3 months before transitioning you to working with fellow peers on supporting our retail partners.

Schedule:
12:30pm-10pm EST Sunday-Saturday with 2 consecutive days off between Monday-Friday.
Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities:
As our Partner Success Representative, you will:
  • Hold a high bar for support when owning customer interactions
  • Assist with partner applications and Mastercard applications (pending or processing)
  • Effectively solve customer inquiries via phone
  • Perform administrative tasks and other associated duties strictly conforming to FDCPA/SDCPA rules and guidelines and procedures. (It’s okay if you don’t know what this is, we will train you on any regulations.)
  • Advocate for customers by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to processes, policies, and products
  • Collaborate with members of other teams to root out answers and be a resource to teammates
  • Meet department goals and standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Have appropriate remote work set-up - such as quiet space, stable internet connection, and a back-up location in case of issues with the primary location. While the position is primarily remote, you may be asked to come onsite for additional training or other business needs.
  • Have access to a wired internet.
  • Be prepared to work full-time hours on a rotating schedule (including weekends and holidays).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Be proficient with technology and using multiple systems.
  • Possess a high level of understanding, patience and empathy. Able to navigate more difficult conversations/interactions with professionalism.
  • Are committed to continuous growth and learning.
  • Ensure privacy and security practices are followed at all times.

This position is remote, however there may be times such as for training purposes or IT related support that we ask employees to come onsite.
