Parts Counter Sales Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist technicians, retail, and wholesale customers in a timely, enthusiastic manner both on the phone and in person
• Order, ship, receive, and bill parts
• Assist in taking inventory
• Stock shelves
• Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping
• Pick-up and delivery of parts
• Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean
• Maintain a superior level of customer service
• Other duties as directed by management

Parts Counter Sales Qualifications:

• Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player
• One to two years of prior automotive parts experience is required, either retail parts outlet or a dealership setting
• Must be skilled with a computer and computerized parts inventory systems
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and Saturdays
