Job Summary
The Parts Driver is responsible for working independently, running errands and delivering items to the proper locations, in a timely manner. They also support all departments with visiting outside vendors/suppliers for pick-up and drop-off of items. The ideal candidate for this role is reliable, works collaboratively with all departments and has strong prioritization skills.
Essential Responsibilities
- Drive Company vehicle to deliver/pick-up items (internal and to outside vendors/suppliers)
- Make trips in timely and safe manner
- Properly complete driver's log and other Company procedures
- Collaborate with all departments on requests
- Secure loads per requirements and for optimal safety
- Support warehouse team when driving duties are not needed
Minimum Requirements
- Current driver's license with good driving record
- Must comply with all Company and traffic policies and regulations
- Highschool diploma or equivalent education
- Warehouse experience is a plus, not required
