JOB SUMMARY: In this position you will manage the duties associated with the promotion and sale of parts to customers, as well as the acquisition and storage of parts to support the maintenance and service of company and customer owned equipment.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Assist walk in customers: This includes assisting customers by properly identifying and correctly pricing items, assess and define customer applications so the correct product can be presented, handle cash, credit card, and other purchasing transactions, while always providing exceptional customer service to customers
- Maintain a high level of product, product application, and related parts knowledge
- Understand competitive products to properly identify the equipment a customer needs.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of customer events
- Enter billing and credit invoices into company database
- Help maintain appropriate parts inventory levels based upon customer demand
- Check incoming equipment and stock shelves accordingly
- Distribute special order parts to customers and to service and rental departments.
- Assist in conducting physical inventories as requested
- Reconcile inventory records and shelf stock
- Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- High School Diploma
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, Internet functions and sales tools
- Ability to create, analyze and interpret basic sales reports
Preferred but not required:
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment

- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- This position requires but is not limited to lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, listening and speaking with internal and external clients.
