Job Type: Full-Time (~34 hours per week)

Salary: Starting at $18 per hour

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum one year guest services or administrative experience
• Computer proficiency
• Dental office experience and/or training is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy work setting
• Strong communication skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Patients are our number one priority and we always want to do what is best for them by providing exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards.
• Accept and record payments made at the time of service, in person, via mail and telephone.
• Balance credit transactions and provide basic financial clerical support duties.
• Handle multiple deadlines and task assignments comfortably and efficiently.
• Able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings.
