Job Details for the Patient Registration Representative:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00PM
• Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Patient Registration Representative:

• Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Answer patient's questions regarding the registration process
• Document correspondence in company's database
• Provide patients with accurate information via phone and email while adhering to all HIPAA laws

Job Requirements for the Patient Registration Representative:

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus!
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong customer service skills (written and verbal)
