Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now accepting applications for several new full-time Patient Specialist / Customer Support Specialist positions – based in our organization’s office located at 8850 Emerald Street in Boise, Idaho.
As a Customer Support Specialist with Liberty Healthcare, you will provide information about publicly funded home and community based services available to people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in a high volume of phone conversations with consumers, families, and other stakeholders
- Providing information about available health and human services, the process for applying for these services, as well as the wait period between applying for and receiving services
- Logging details from phone conversations into a computer system
- Addressing emails and sending written communications
- Participating in training activities
As a Customer Support Specialist and valued employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect:
- Starting pay range of $18.04 to $22.00 per hour (approximately $37,500 to $45,760 annually), depending on experience
- $500 new hire sign on bonus ($250 paid at 90 days and $250 paid at 180 days)
- 240 hours (30 days) of annual paid time off for vacation, holidays, sick and personal leave

Work experience in a customer service, call center, or healthcare / human service position helpful but not required.
