Payroll Specialist
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compile employee payroll data client time/salary data.
- Process client Payroll.
- Update and maintain appropriate records, files, documentation, etc.
- Reconcile payroll data for monthly, quarterly and annual filing.
- Pay client garnishments
- Submit client new hire reporting
- Pay client payroll taxes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Payroll processing experience
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of payroll functions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
- Strong written and oral skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and multitask.
- Must be able to work well with people, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Must be able to work in a fluid, fast pace environment.
