Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Job at Northeast Healthcare Recruitment
We are currently seeking a full-time, BC/BE PNP to work in a 10+ provider group in northern NJ.
- Our group consists of 2 office locations in northern NJ.
- This position would be based primarily out of North Bergen with the option of some coverage at our Perth Amboy location.
- Hospital rounds only on newborns approx. every 6 weeks. No delivery attendance or C-sections.
- 5 day work week with every other Saturday. One week day off during Saturday work week.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish Is preferred due to a large Hispanic-speaking population.
- 2022 providers are welcome to apply with 0-1 year of experience considered. 2+ years’ experience a plus.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Malpractice Insurance, 401k/profit sharing plan, 1 month PTO.
Compensation: Competitive base salary $180-$200K+, plus a quarterly performance bonus, and partnership track.
