The Children’s Home of Reading Youth & Family Services (CHOR YFS) is seeking a Full Time Permanency Specialist for our Adoption Program, servicing the Berks and surrounding counties. Position provides SWAN adoption services to children and families preparing them for permanency.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, or human services field required.
• Experience with children, youth and families preferred.
• One year verified experience in SWAN adoption work preferred.
• Must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Must hold a valid PA driver's license and a good driving record, with proof of auto insurance coverage. Must hold own liability insurance.
• Bilingual preferred
