We want you to work with our amazing team! Our agency culture is a great mix of work and fun! We know how to work and play hard and we incorporate that into a fun learning environment with participation from every team member.

You will receive training and mentoring from various members of our team to help you achieve your own professional and personal goals. We take the time to have one to one weekly meetings with management as well as team meetings so that the team is on the same page. Education is also very important to us so we incorporate that into our team meetings as well.

We also celebrate birthdays, holidays, workiversaries and a lot of other fun events. We also close early in the summer to allow additional time with family and friends. When the days get stressful we offer chair massages a couple times during the year when possible. Our office also offers community service opportunities for our team and gives back to our local community whenever possible.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour

Pay is based on experience and skills

Our position will include but isn't limited to the following:

• Helping with the production of new accounts.
• Retaining our current clients.
• Your will need to be able to provide timely and efficient service to our clients and to your teammates.
• Gathering information from clients and assisted them in changes to their policies.
• Handling agency claims and submitting claims to insurance carriers.
• Performing special projects at the request of designated client and leadership.
• Receive phone calls and/or office visits from customers requesting proposals, changes to existing coverage, and/or new policies. Complete change requests efficiently and effectively.
• Reviewing policy changes and new business submitted to carriers to confirm accuracy.
• Receive and review all terminations and cancellations to determine action to be taken, and takes needed action within 24 hours of receipt.
• Following up on outstanding claims.
• Documenting material conversations with insureds and/or carriers regarding exposures and coverages.
• Performs other functions as assigned by management.
