As a Sales Associate at Animal Pantry, you'll work directly with pet owners to help them find the best products to keep their furry, feathered, and scaly friends happy!

A typical work day at Animal Pantry includes:

• Using your knowledge of animals and what's right and wrong for them to help customers with any and all questions they may have about their beloved pet's nutritional health and habits
• Stocking shelves with products from deliveries and organizing and facing shelves throughout the day as stock is purchased.
• Care for our many store kitties (they walk around freely!) and the kitties that are up for adoption in the store throughout the day
• Use the cash registers to ring up purchases and process any returns

The stocking portion of this position can be physically demanding, so being able to lift at least 30 pounds, and preferably 50 when necessary, is a must! This position also requires you to be on your feet for extended periods of time walking around the store assisting customers and standing behind the register completing any transactions.

No prior animal product knowledge necessary, our other team members are happy to train you on everything you'll need to know to assist customers to the best of your ability!

We are a team here, so everyone working here assists anybody else that needs it. We complete tasks together and help each other with any questions we may have. We hope you'd like to join the team as well!

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

We offer curbside pickup for anybody that would like to take advantage, and we also offer deliveries that are compensated for anybody that would prefer that. Masks are optional while working!
