Harris Health is looking for an experienced Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our Inpatient Pharmacy at Ben Taub Hospital
About the Position
The Pharmacy Technician at Harris Health will prepare and dispense prescribed medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You will also pre-pack supplies, generate reports, and maintain inventory levels in between preparing descriptions as directed. You will be responsible for ensuring excellence in patient care, safety, and satisfaction while adhering to all state, federal, organizational, and departmental regulations and guidelines.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Registered by Texas State Board of Pharmacy
- IV Certification preferred
- 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts
