PHARMACY TECHNICIAN INSTRUCTOR

Location: 693 W 1210 S St, Spanish Fork, UT 84660

Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt

Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay / Salary: $48,360.40

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician Instructor include, but are not limited to:

• Creating lesson plans based on current curriculum
• Teaching material from current textbooks and curriculum
• Preparing and executing labs
• Ordering classroom and lab supplies
• Taking daily attendance of students and doing monthly evaluations of students performance in class and labs
• Passing off competencies one-on-one with each student
• Teaching the pharmacy software system and demonstrating pharmacy calculations, pharmacology, pharmacy practices.
• Teaching and overseeing pharmacy labs

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Must hold a current National Pharmacy Technician License
• Minimum of three years' experience as a licensed Pharmacy Technician in the State of Utah
